Julie and Corey are joined by Raj Subrameyer to talk about what makes a good leader.  The show starts with Julie and Corey talking about leadership development and how we’re heading down a path of emotions instead of logic when it comes to being a leader.   Raj joins the show and continues the discussion.  The majority of the show covers their opinions on the most important leadership qualities.  They debate the need for displaying empathy and vulnerability a leader instead of vision and integrity.  The show ends with a discussion on how important it is to have a desire to lead in order to do it effectively.
