Julie and Corey are joined once again by clinical psychologist, Heather Vargo, to talk about mental health and what’s going on in the country.  Before Heather joins, Julie and Corey talk about the divide in the country, political conversations, and how that all affects mental health.  When Heather joins, they continue the conversation and dive deeper into the health of America in general.  The three talk about the “new normal” and adapting to change.  They move into the real crisis facing us all which is the mental and physical health problems facing this country before talking about how limiting choice is a good thing.
