In the third installment of Talking Tacos, Corey and Julie start off the episode discussing the importance of team building and employee development.  Once Matt joins the show, they revisit what’s currently happening in restaurants and what the norm is when it comes to the two main topics.  The three discuss what work they’ve done so far regarding building out employee development and team building strategies and give a glimpse into what their favorites are so far and thinking outside the box.  As always, Matt and Corey give a little more insight into what restaurant life is like before they finish the show with a discussion about culture.
