A good warm-up is recommended before any exercise session or workout. My warm-up routine is simple and thorough. It will help you improve your stability and increase your mobility with consistent application. I've been doing this exact routine for years, accumulating more than 37,000 minutes. I teach this to all my clients and classes. I highly recommend it for you, too. Warming up will get your body ready for more vigorous exercise, help prevent injury, and give you a better workout. Follow along for as many times as you need until this routine becomes routine for you.
