When I prioritize the spiritual aspects of my life, the other goals, aspects, dreams of my life, fall into place much better. And one step above that…

My sneaky ego entices me to deviate from some of my most important spiritual practices… So I get to re-prioritize some of my morning routine to get back on track and the results are awesome!

Remembrances of “the Blues Brothers” movie. I loved the soundtrack! The things that are good for me and that help me stay in the moment… Let’s make no illusions about that. We are all adults… Or, i’ll give you this, we need to be at least moving in that direction. I love A Course In Miracles, Meditating, Prayer of a certain type. I can barley figure out whats best for myself, let alone what is best for someone else. And writing at the end of the night. So good. And hopefully throughout the day, I’ll have stay in the moment thoughts v the drudgery of the mind. How fun is it to play with them and try new ideas. ACIM is integral in that for me. Out of thinking I was behind etc, I prioritized other things above ACIM… The regimented aspect of some of my prayers almost become a disservice. …I detach from the outcomes much more beautifully and I savor and embrace and relish and enjoy the richness of where I am in the process in the moment. Thats the rad space to be. In the now, content happy thriving in the moment following the instructions… You gotta go through what you gotta go through to get to where you need to be. And that can be beautiful or that can be painful. Thank you TikTok, you changed my coffee game. And what sneaks back in…
