She was very sweet.  PHD Student.  Does have her MA.  She is all into psychology and psychotherapy.  Knows a ton about CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

We talked about CBT tools tips and tricks.  As well as parents and kids.  How parents when they go through a tough time can hold space for their kids.  And how parents can hold space for their kids in general.

I’ve been looking up words.  And I love working up words.  I looked up the word “Commute”.  There are so many definitions for Commute.  As well as I look up the definition of “Immutable”

Commute, via Webster

1a: change or alter1b: to give in exchange for another, exchange.  Commuting foreign currency to domestic.2: to convert something such as a payment into another form.  The periodic payments may be commuted into a lump sum.3: to change a penalty to another less severe.  Commute a death sentence to a life in prison.4: commutate

Commute as an intransitive verb

1: Make up or compensate.  Commuted for her sins.I, of course, read the word “commute” in A Course In Miracles.  The sentence that I read is so insanely dogmatic that I thought it would scare everyone away.  ACIM, chp 25 “The Justice of God”, sec 7 “the rock of salvation”, sentence 1.  It talks about commute so I looked it up.2: to pay in gross.  Overall total exclusive of deductions.3: to travel back and forth regularly.  As between a suburb and a city.  He commutes every day by car.4: to yield the same mathematical results regardless of order.    Used of two elements undergoing an operation or of two operatives on elements.

Commute as a noun

1: an act or instance of commuting2: the distance covered in commuting.  i.e. a long commute.

Immutable according to webster

1: not capable of or susceptible to change.

and awesome momentum with the summit.  20 confirmations from the speakers.
