EPISODE 28 Kiki - Hypnobirthing, Birth Trauma, Postpartum depression

In this episode I chat to beautiful mama Kiki about her first birth.
We hear how Kiki was still pregnant at 42 weeks and admitted herself to hospital to get an induction. She talks about the events in the lead up to the birth of her baby Rani & how they suddenly changed when there was a midwife change over. We hear how Kiki just avoided an emergency c-section and how her birth ended up being quite traumatic - she says how it “was all very surreal.”
Kiki shares in detail her about postpartum period - in particular how she found breastfeeding very challenging.
