The Real Reason You Should Never Give Up
Sometimes in your preps, you work twice as hard to achieve an outstanding physique that will set you apart from the rest of the competitors. But even then, you step on stage only to be told by the judges that you need to put on muscle. This should neither discourage you nor should you take it personally. There a way around this challenge, and Alexandria will be telling us how.
Alexandria Ross is an IFBB Bikini Pro and Lifestyle Coach and Online Program Director for Pro Physiques. Alexandria also works with Whitney Jones as a weight loss coach. The former marathon runner kicked off her Bikini competition career in 2013 and competed in her first-ever show in 2014 at the NPC. Through hard work, patience, and consistency Alexandria earned her pro card at 2018 NPC National Championships where she also scooped the Overall Bikini Champion title. Her grand Bikini goal of competing in the Olympia is about to come true in the 2019 Olympia where she will be participating. She intends to help people find balance in prep.
In this episode, Alexandria shares some tips on how to put on muscle, compete back to back and how to appear larger onstage. She also unravels her lengthy journey to earning her pro card. Finally, she shares with us how to maintain your physique for a long time.
