Anita Bean is a registered nutritionist, health writer and author.

Anita has a wealth of experiance as a nutrition consultant - starting with the Dairy Council in the 80’s, she moved onto the British Olympic association and swim England. Currently, Anita works with Good Housekeeping and Vegetarian Living, London Marathon and Ride London.

Personal, she competed as a bodybuilder and from a young age became facinated by food through cooking and sharing recipes with her family.

Incredibly, Anita has writting 28 books on nutrition, health and fitness - most recently Vegetarian Meals in 30 minutes.
