Blue Plate Planet is a community following the journey of a microbe enthusiast exploring the often surprising and unexpected ways that these tiny creatures impact our health and wellbeing.

While still in its infancy, this is a fast-growing area of research. We are rapidly expanding our knowledge of how by choosing what you eat, you feed or starve certain microbes, and how these microbial communities in you can influence your nutrient absorption, immunity, unwanted weight gain, and even your mental state and anxiety.

By day Tatiana is an investment professional helping people fund their longer lifespans, and by "night" she is hoping to help raise awareness of this underrated organ (our gut microbiome) and to educate you to make choices that lead to a longer healthspan.
