I have struggled with all the ideas out there for losing weight. What is the best plan for me to take to lose 25 pounds?   Is fasting necessary for losing weight? And if so, which kind - Intermittent fasting, 24 hour fasting, daniel fasting, or other? Is is ok to use supplements to help me lose weight? And if so which ones?
