Rebecca, Aimee, and Stephen interview New England's Rachel Kaplan, author and advocate. From Rachel's bio:
After spending years dealing with depression and mania caused my bipolar disorder I finally got on the right treatment plan and for the first time in my adult life had the chance to become happy. Over the course of just 3 years I have retrained my brain to go from being depressed to being extremely happy. Becoming happier has also contributed to me living a nearly perfect life with great family, friends, and my dream job defining it. Nothing in this book is just generic advice. It is all based on real steps that I took and are continuing to take in order to live my dream life.
