While mingling through the Sunday evening reception crowd, I came upon Salum Stutzer who is with the Independence Public Schools.

Salum says that amongst all the challenges of the last couple of years, the work/life balance for employees has presented some of the current, lingering issues when it comes to staffing.

Additionally, he is looking at other factors when it comes to purchasing and the supply chain. Salum is watching what is happening with Amazon and FedEx as well.
