Today we welcome Marian Mitchel to the show to discuss the role of diet in autoimmune disease.  She talks about how diet and dietary changes can have an effect on overall health and wellness.  

She is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She has her health coaching practice based in Tempe, Arizona where she specializes in working with clients who have autoimmune diseases, food allergies, and type 2 diabetes.

Her passion is to make life easier for people with these conditions by helping them understand the treatment plan their doctors have for them, how lifestyle and food impact their disease and symptoms, and how to live in a way that gives them relief from their symptoms and living life again.
