I'm super fired up about today's episode!! We're hitting on a topic that is not talked about nearly enough, leadership within the disability community.

Think you're being mindful of those with disabilities when it comes to your online business? There may be some things you are or are not doing that could be detrimental to connecting with a whole community that you aren't even aware of. Kellina is a young entrepreneur who loves to help people with their personal growth and educate others about the deaf community. Little do people know Kellina is actually hard of hearing, becoming deaf at the age of 4. She recently graduated with a psychology degree and is now starting her own online coaching business while finishing working on her book!
