This is the third episode in a three-part series being released just prior to the election and, I'll be honest, this one was hard for me. I've always been an incredibly passionate person and, having worked in the political sphere, I was guilty of a lot of the things I call out in this episode. It's important remember our job as leaders is to lead EVERYONE and not just play to our supporters. At the end of the day, we're all neighbors and we all just want what's best -- we just happen to have different ideas on who to get there.
