Kristy Baranovskis is a Certified Sustainable Wellness Coach with a mission to help busy moms learn skills in the kitchen, develop simple routines, so they can be confident living a healthy lifestyle. Kristy grew up living a life of constantly struggling with food, over time food became a comfort and what she turned to when she was bored. Who else can relate!? The problem was the food that she was turning to was empty in calories and gave no nutritional value. After years of leaning on easy-to-cook processed foods, Kristy knew she had to make a change and finally found joy in committing her health. She was able to maintain consistency with a plant-based lifestyle and food was no longer her source of comfort but a source of energy and life!


Since then, she has worked with many private clients, spoken in front of groups, and is living her dream of helping professional, working moms who share the same struggle.
