This conversation was way too good to edit down!

My friend Joy Farley joined me to start this conversation on racism. What can I do as a white woman with a primarily white community do to be a better ally? How can white leaders lead actually consider their whiteness and lead at THIS turning point in history?

Her answer? Be courageous. Be an ally (and we talk about what that means!). Show empathy. Take a look in the mirror. Ask the hard questions. Learn. These are conversations we need to be having in order to move the world forward. No, they're not comfortable -- but if you're comfortable, you're not growing!

After you listen, let's continue the conversation over on Instagram!

Until next time... LET'S GO!
