By shifting from a reactive state of subconscious existence into a mindful state of conscious awareness living, we can better regulate our Thoughts, Emotions and Feelings. Once we begin to live in the Present moment, leaning into the Power of NOW, it becomes much easier to remove Opinion, dissolve Judgement, and ultimately ACCEPT all within your Human Experience without Exception.
