In this week's episode of Better with Running Podcast, Chris talks through his training week which includes 83kms, and a session in the Alphaflys, 3 sets of 2k with 1min rest, into 1k with 2mins rest, knocking out some consistent splits, before backing up into a long run with a Taylor Swift Theme. Zacca logs consecutive runs and starts to feel his usual self, getting over the 60min mark and is enjoying the slow return back.


In around the grounds, Zacca and Chris talk through an exciting weekend of results at Launceston, including some big PBs, with Zacca delving deeper into his athlete Matt Morgan and his big PB over the half, and how he has turned things around over 12months, chipped away and been rewarded with a huge run.
