Don is always challenging the status quo.  Whether it is in Innovator Industrial Services, or in Amplifier X. Don has always been an odd duck, and thankfully he has, because he gets to reduce workplace injuries by creating safe workspaces for his employee’s. He does this through his company culture for mental health, and through physical health by using safe equipment and tools.

Don’s wise words are find what you love doing, then do it 10X more. Thank you Don for making the Pond not only better, but safer.
