So here are 10things I learned from taking a year off work:

1. rest is sacred and should be valued as such
2. Isolation will only lead to anxiety and depression.
3. Your childhood traumas are probably the root cause of your poor mental health.
4. You can’t rely on others walk with God to supply your own.
5. Your Relations are critical for your growth.
6. Go outside and go for a walk or a run it’s essential for well-being.
7. Exercise and nutrition matter more than you think.
8. Don’t neglect your loved ones just because you see them more often.
9. Stay at home parents deserve a raise and a Medal of Honor.
10. Be present in each moment!
