“We are not going to change the whole world, but we can change ourselves and feel free as birds. We can be serene even in the midst of calamities and, by our serenity, make others more tranquil. Serenity is contagious. If we smile at someone, he or she will smile back. And a smile costs nothing. We should plague everyone with joy. If we are to die in a minute, why not die happily, laughing? (136-137)”

― Sri S. Satchidananda, The Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali

Every lunar cycle the "moon" reflects light and shadow. We have reached the FULL moon in a month currently identified as November, in the 9th Lunar Cycle (in coordination with Tibetan tradition). The FULL Moon reflects a light and invites you into be with your inner landscape taking a pause before your move into ACTION. However, we experienced an eclipse a veil arrived for a brief moment, creating subtle energy exchanges between celestial bodies.

We are in Fall and Spring Seasons. The yin (metal) and yang (wood) as we lead into the full potency of masculine and feminine energies on planet earth. While, collectively we might be ready to chop wood, it is best to make peace and practice patience as the full moon energy reveals, points and directs each persons individual attention.
