When you think of habits you may think of the negative ones like drinking alcohol and smoking.

Have you ever considered that there are positive habits too?

Such as going for a run 🏃🏾‍♀️or reading a book 📚 everyday.

Habits can be lost but they can also be made, like a pathway in a forest being forged by treading over the same piece of ground often enough.

If you choose to create a new habit, for example, waking up at a certain time in the morning, then you can do so by making sure you keep doing it everyday.

Soon it will become second nature to you, and you will be able to do it without thinking about it.

You can literally change your life by changing your habits.
