Smith Memorial Playground & Playhouse is a wonderful playground and non-profit organization located in Philadelphia’s East Fairmount Park. Founded in 1899, Smith welcomes visitors from more than 500 zip codes, including every zip code in Philadelphia. Then Lee Brandon, head football coach at West Chester Peirce Middle School, Erin Pellegrin the Nutrition Manager for Unite for Her, and Mike Townsend, a parent, husband and advocate for Unite For Her join Kristen in the studio to talk about their upcoming 8th Annual Charity Football Game to benefit Unite for Her. On November 7th at 6:30pm, 7th and 8th grade boys football teams from West Chester Peirce Middle School and West Chester Stetson Middle School will play two games under the lights at the Henderson High School football stadium. The games each year are one of the largest fundraising events for Unite for Her, which is a wonderful charity based in West Chester that  supports women suffering from breast and cervical cancer.
