In the first episode of the Believe In Yourself Podcast. Luke is joined by the first guest on the show, his very first mentor and previous sports development officer Mark Howell. Whilst Luke was in school Mark was the first people that believed in Luke and saw his undiscovered potential.

Mark Howell Is a retired civil servant and Sports Development Officer from South Wales. When Luke was in Secondary School, Mark was the teacher who believed in Luke the most. He saw the undiscovered potential in Luke and gave him a chance to join a leadership program that saved Luke’s life.

Mark has been coaching and mentoring young people for over twenty years and he believes there is a good in everyone and has never had a young person that he hasn’t believe in. In this powerful interview, Luke and Mark relive their past experiences of working together when Luke was in School and we find out Marks best lessons and advice for leadership and coaching people to reach their own potential.
