PJ Wren has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor since 1995. She has owned numerous award-winning personal training and boutique fitness studios, written for newspapers and publications worldwide, and produced and hosted her own fitness show.

She is now servicing women over the age of 40 with her popular YouTube channel, Fitness with PJ, and in the summer of 2021, she released an on-demand fitness app called Over Fifty Fitness. On her days off, you’ll either find her hiking or sitting on the couch reading a good book and eating cookies.
