Blake Venechuk is the host of WE are I Podcast, the Director of the Active Sprouts Foundation, and owner of Submission Spin Club in Langley, British Columbia. Combining 15 years of professional experience and 34 years of being involved in sports and the fitness industry, Blake approaches health and fitness (and might I add, his whole life) from a lead by example view point and is the first to admit the road isn’t always easy. As he likes to say, “Together, let’s be strong and create a new, more fierce, you.” Blake is also an incredibly loving and devoted father of 3 beautiful girls.
