This week on the podcast, we’re going medieval with Dragon Slayer builders Dylan Halsey and Jordan Neal. Last year, Dylan and Jordan worked together to build Piranha, a heavyweight combat robot that was ultimately not selected to compete in the 2020 season of BattleBots. This year, they gutted the components from Piranha and reapplied with a vertical spinner called Dragon Slayer.

Dragon Slayer is the team’s first combat robot, and we learn what it was like competing on the world’s biggest combat robotics stage as true rookies.
