Team Dynamics Presents: BEHAVE
Aligning your VALUES with your ACTIONS

Rather than doubling down on social or political analysis, BEHAVE asks the question, “So, what are YOU going to DO about that?”

Change making work should be challenging but it should also be fun. On Behave, Trina and Alfonso talk through how to intertwine the difficult and the fun to be effective and fulfilled. They won’t be quiet about what it takes to behave.

Hosted by Team Dynamics co-founders Alfonso Wenker and Trina Olson, BEHAVE is a bi-weekly show that offers information, inspiration, and skill development meant to support folks who operate as change agents inside their own communities and organizations. Using their combined experiences in leadership with non-profits and in campaign organizing, Trina and Alfonso spend each episode digging into what it takes to be a movement builder, an effective leader, someone who works across-perspectives, is action-focused, and knows how to operate in their own integrity.
