Bio:

Katie Hadley is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of The Well Factory. She works with individuals to promote overall health and to help manage a wide range of nutrition-related issues.

After twenty years of owning an event marketing agency with her husband, Katie sold her business. When the initial euphoria wore off, she struggled to find her identity and purpose. Her reinvention began after her dad passed away from complications of dementia. After seeing the devastation of the disease on her father and her family, she began researching the role of food and genetics and if what we eat could actually change our genetic fate. She now teaches her clients how the right foods, may help to prevent dementia, obesity, depression, or even reverse many chronic diseases like Type 2 diabetes and heart disease that affect millions of people around the world.

Now in her 40’s, she's more passionate than ever to live a healthy lifestyle. Her goal with The Well Factory is to expose and to help her clients to live with optimal health through healthy food, exercise, gratitude, and a positive mindset.

Originally from the East Coast, Katie has spent the last ten years in Southern California enjoying the San Diego lifestyle with my husband, two teenage children, and her two dogs.
