Entrepreneurs have a lot of flexibility - they don’t have to sit in a cubicle all day long and don’t have certain tasks to do in order to be told they are doing a “good job”. That said, entrepreneurs can still get stuck in the mundane ways of doing things. Today’s solo episode is about breaking free from routine, in pursuit of work that feels more true and aligned, even if that routine has been lucrative and reliable for a number of years. In Jen’s case, it was time to step away from group coaching in pursuit of something she’s much more passionate about: one on one mentorship.
