In this episode of Lead with the Enneagram, I discuss the significance of self-awareness and the beauty of the Enneagram when used correctly. I touch upon the common theme of self-understanding that has emerged in my recent interactions with mastermind groups and high-level entrepreneurs. I caution against using the Enneagram to force change rather than finding a natural flow and the importance of approaching the typing process with openness and patience.

I also address the concerns of those who use the Enneagram in their businesses or coaching practices, stressing the need for integrity and depth in the typing process. I highlight the potential pitfalls of online quizzes and assessments and the value of having a guide to navigate the complexities of the Enneagram.
