Today's episode is about moving... NOT the kind where you throw everything you own into boxes and head down the road...


the kind where you get up and dance, take a walk or do some squats at the kitchen sink while you're doing the dishes...


Through life experience, ok, through feeling like garbage and trying to get myself in a better physical, mental and emotional space...


I have found that movement... ANY movement makes a difference!


So get up and dance, do some chair leg exercises, go get the mail, hit the gym, the pool or the kitchen and do some bad karaoke and dance while you make dinner...


Just get moving and see what a difference it can make in how you feel and how you see the world around you.


Those feel good natural hormones are pretty powerful and really do make you able to think and feel so much better.
