My new series for Mental Health Awareness Month is about making time for you to help reduce stress, anxiety and feelings of unworthiness and failure. Each week I will guide you through an exercise for grounding, calming and, hopefully, bring peace and insight into your day. I encourage you to write any thoughts or feelings you have during the exercise down and then take a look at the meaning or theme they take. Oftentimes, our subconscious is trying to tell us something important, but we just don't take the time to listen. That's what this series is about...
