Wow. Historical time. Weird time: Not only is the US election still not nailed down, but BSTBU host Vin Nelsen's province of British Columbia, Canada, population 5.1 million, is currently at 589 COVID-19 cases today (Nov 6, 2020)! 2,581,000 residents live in Metro Vancouver and a half million in Vin's city, which is the hottest of the hotspots in the Health Region Vin lives in. Vin is also doing back-breaking labour after being unable to find paid employment in EM/CCA, which are both small, very specialised fields. The training schools for these programs often over-market and at the same time fail to accurately communicate the complicated realities of the constantly evolving job market to prospective students. Every time you pay for and attend school you are taking a huge risk. Thus, we must find a way, somehow. We need to accept and yet work around the reality that stares us in the face.
