It's Fuck Yeah Friday.

Brad Crowell 0:02

Fuck yeah.

Lesley Logan 0:02

Get ready for some wins.

Lesley Logan 0:02

Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.

Lesley Logan 0:14

Hey, Be It babes. Welcome to Fuck Yeah Friday. Oh my gosh, we're here with another Friday. How is that happening because time continues to bet we continue to rotate around the sun. Anyways, today is a Sunday, in real time, we are in the midst of the end of Agency Mini Number Nine, which is a win in itself. And so as you know, if you've been if you've been part of this podcast for a while this is when we celebrate your wins we celebrate one of mine and hopefully inspires you to recognize the wins that you have in your life. Because even when there's shit going on, even if it's stressful, even it feels like everything is falling apart.

Lesley Logan 0:50

There's still something cool to celebrate. And it's important so we can get ourselves out of a funk, sometimes get in the present, and take that next step in our lives to being until we see it. So, so yeah, Agency Mini Number Nine, it's the last couple of days. And it's it's a whirlwind for us. And we're just so excited. So thank you to those of you who are part of Agency Mini Number Nine, whether you're an agency member as an ambassador, or you're someone participating in it, or you're someone on our team, phenomenal couldn't do it without you. Now let's get to your wins. And then I've got something I'm adding to this week to FYF and you'll have to stay till the end to hear about it. But these are short so you'll you know, you're not gonna stay too long. So Heather Ingram, she is in eLevate round two. And she said, "I did my arm series and leg series on the spine corrector belly searches, side searches and backbend searches on the ladder barrel. I did my first ever back bend stretch and grab the top rung. Was ugly, but I effing did it. I've never been able to backbend like that before. I didn't even try over the weekend as my body was working hard to acclimate to all this bind character extension, which was new to me, I'm taller today." So a couple things. Heather came out to Vegas for eLevate round two's last week in training barrels. And she has been working on her extension she's had struggles for many years. She is a survivor of breast cancer. And so it has not been an easy road to getting these extensions. And so she didn't actually get to try this exercise on my house. But when she got back and she kept doing her practices and she kept looking at it she let herself do an ugly version of it. And I don't say ugly lightly I say I said intentionally because we have to stop searching for perfection in our bodies. We really have to stop doing that. And it has to be about the process and fucking celebrating what you did do. You know like my goodness, we don't like criticize babies' gates. So why the hell are we criticizing our own process? Anyways, Heather, thank you for sharing this amazing wins that we could share to others and hopefully inspire some of you who are like, I'm not good at you know, lifting weights or I've got the shoulder thing, I've got this thing there is movement out there that it's for you. And you will be on a journey and some things that aren't accessible to you today we'll be accessible another day because you tried and you did some work that builds you up. So Heather, awesome win. Now, Claire Sparrow we are we've been following some of her wins. And this is really exciting. So she is here. Here we go. "I'm here in Scotland at my cottage that I wrote down in May of 2021 that I wanted in a year. A year later, we had a hard-hit place that fell through because the universe knew it wasn't for us. It really wasn't yet to grieve that loss and then dug deeper into raising more funds by investing in further coaching up leveling my online offerings. And here we are two years later and was exactly two years to the date I wrote the vision for our Scotland home that we signed. I wrote that I wanted it to be a traditional cottage in a village with a woodland a river the sea and walking distance and hills, too. Wasn't asking for much LOL turns out that we got it all all of it. Today I'm here and the power of the pause I wanted to create taking the entire month off. I'm in that vision that the universe provided and because I had that extra year of digging in and investing we are now in a better financial position. So I feel more confident taking the time off and doing some fun renovations to the cottage. So today this is my big win. And I'm full of gratitude. I also want to remind us all about the power of the pause. I've had more clarity and vision for the future in the four days since I've been here that I haven't ages the space and the pause makes us more creative, clear and concise. Will return. Fuck yeah, Claire." So I had the pleasure of seeing because you're in Agency, seen what those visions were so many years ago. I remember when you lost that cottage, but I also I love the actions you took after that I love that you also share those actions because I think sometimes we don't realize that like when something doesn't go well it doesn't mean it's not for you. You had that vision for a reason. But you actually took stock of what you could do to make changes and you're in a much better position you got everything you wanted, which is exactly like the right thing for it to happen and also go to enjoy a month off. Yes, you know, I love when people are like I want to have a month off and then they take the actions to make it happen. They can competently do it. Congratulations. Also, I just want to say this. She has a book. She's been in our she's been on our podcast before. And it was October of 2022.

Lesley Logan 5:11

I believe it came out or maybe No, actually, I'm sorry, December 2022. We'll make sure that Claire's Sparrow's episodes in the show notes, because her book is coming out in September, so you're gonna want to watch okay, my win super quick.

Lesley Logan 5:24

So, my win. I see y'all know, I was on tour a while back. And something that I realized, through some of the journaling I'm doing is that I actually had a massive win that I didn't celebrate yet with you, which is that I actually had fun with social media while on the tour. I had the best time and like, I thought that's a weird win to say, but like, I have to do social media for work, honestly, like, sometimes I'm like, Oh my God, if I was just like someone who like got to just go to work in an office nine to five and be like, you know, I would just be like a voyeur. I wouldn't actually be on social, I wouldn't be a voyeur. Unless someone sent me a reel I need to see. Because the reality is like, I love to read. And I love to write, and I love to walk. And I love to like experience life. And so sometimes I just don't love social, but I had the most fun. And it really allowed me when I came back from the tour, to see the social media part of my job to be a fun thing. And not like, oh, it's part of my job. And I think we all need that, especially those who are listening this where social media is part of the gig that you have to do. Get yourself into a position where you can play with it a bit more, so that you can fall back in love with like, why am I doing this? I'm doing social media and not because I like want the likes and followers, I could give two fucks I'm doing it because I want I want people to have access to movement that is going to change their life. I want as many people to do Pilates as fucking possible. It's why we coach teachers on their business. It's why I made the flashcards It's why we are on YouTube. And this podcast is part of that whole vision. So for me to just like get myself into place where I could just have some fun with it and then come back and still have fun with it. Humongous win in my book. Okay, so something I wanted to add. And I'll tell you more on another win why why I like this came up is I just wanted to give you a little affirmation because sometimes we like I really close I have no fucking win. Okay, well, then you're gonna repeat this. Here's an affirmation I found online that I really liked. Changing my mind is a strength, not a weakness. Let's say it one more time. Changing my mind is a strength, not a weakness. Maybe we should hear that one more time. Changing my mind is a strength, not a weakness. I hope you repeated that after me. And my love. I hope you take a moment to write down a win you had even if it's like hey, I'm having a great fucking hair day. Because that is a win. Love you all so much. Thank you for listening as pod thank you for sharing this podcast with others. It is the only way we get people to hear about us in this wide wide world. So I appreciate you so much. Have an amazing day. And until next time, be it till you see it.
