Just remember to breathe deeply, drink clean water, consult the wisdom and illumination of your senses, bathe in the sunlight, and imbibe the electric nectar pouring forth from within the ever-available rechargeable torus-batteries of your wondrous chakra system!

No matter how seemingly suffocating the flailing appendages of the imperial state become, or how difficult social situations and interpersonal dynamics can feel, at the end of day, you have your own mind. You have your own dreams. You have the limitless power to let go of what does not serve you. Kick the bullshit to the curb! Your thoughts are your own. Use them well and use them wisely.
