What's good love doves! This is the audio from a brief & uplifting solo Saturday evening stream I released for my Rokfin video show Barbarian Yak Fest.

Topics include relaxing into existence, not always trying so hard and being so uptight about everything, gracefully expanding our consciousness, elegantly elevating our reality, transcending the b.s. and limited thinking, and altogether blossoming into our growing networks in a smooth, loving and productive way. I even do a little rattle n' chanting at the end.

Full BNP eps coming soon! I'm working on some fun skits and will be releasing some original poetry soon as well.
