Previous Episode: Please Stop Saying #SelfCare
Next Episode: Birthing A Business

SPOILER ALERT! SPOILER ALERT! This is an urgent - maybe bonus? - second episode we had to make because we watched A Star Is Born and we NEED to talk about it. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE YET. WE WILL RUIN IT FOR YOU.

We think this movie made a lot of moms go out to see movies. Many of the moms we know went on actual dates with their husbands or partners; and a lot of moms went by themselves, which frankly is even better.

We loved this movie SO HARD. To be honest, we loved this movie even before it came out, and it got us thinking...when was the last time we all felt that way about a movie? WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME WE WENT TO A MOVIE? Like a real movie, for adults, with no kids involved...and it was EVERYTHING? Isn't it fun to feel like a kid again?

If you're still swooning and crying over the magic that is Bradley Cooper's greatest achievement, and if you're loving the fact that you're now a die hard Lady Gaga Monster for life, this episode is for you. We interview our publicist, friend and mom of two littles, Laurie Coghlan, about how and why she saw the show; and then we interview former Deputy Editor of People Magazine and pop culture expert + doting dad of 2 year old twins, Peter Castro on his thoughts. Also Shay sings "Shallow" a lot. It's necessary.

Are you as obsessed as we are? Did this movie make you giddy again like back in the good old days? Do you hate Bradley's greasy hair but think he's hella hot anyway? We want to know.

Shayna and Tracey have been friends since the 8th grade – that’s over 25 years. After college, they each moved to separate coasts for a decade. They were reunited when they decided to leave big city life and settle down with their families in Denver, Colorado and Facebook told them their daughters are 3 weeks apart. After several play dates, some more childbirth, some unsuccessful pumping, and the overwhelming nature of mommy community boards, The Pump and Dump Show was born.

The show launched in 2012 in a bar in Northwest Denver and quickly grew to a bi-monthly, local staple for new moms to have a night out. In 2014, Shayna and Tracey took The Pump and Dump Show on its first national tour and continue to perform every month to audiences nationwide.
