Screen time for kids is about as ubiquitous to childhood as peanut butter and jelly - but secretly, don't we all wonder... is it all ok? We've all heard the horror stories, the urban myths and the mommy-war warnings...but what's legit, and to be honest...where do we even start?

Join us for a very honest and frank (but surprisingly palatable) conversation with Liz Repking, founder and senior Cyber Safety Expert at Cyber Safety Consulting. Liz is the mother of 3 children, ranging in age from middle school to college. After entering the workforce over 20 years ago, she spent a majority of her career working as a technical consultant, developing and delivering a variety of training courses for clients.

Many years ago, Liz became acutely aware of the dangers the Internet posed to children like her own. While parents recognize these dangers, they are uncomfortable and even intimidated by the depth and breadth of the technology their children use. This led Liz to create Cyber Safety Consulting with the goal of educating parents, children, and school educators on the safe, savvy, and ethical use of the digital world.

Shayna and Tracey have been friends since the 8th grade – that’s over 25 years. After college, they each moved to separate coasts for a decade. They were reunited when they decided to leave big city life and settle down with their families in Denver, Colorado and Facebook told them their daughters are 3 weeks apart. After several play dates, some more childbirth, some unsuccessful pumping, and the overwhelming nature of mommy community boards, The Pump and Dump Show was born.

The show launched in 2012 in a bar in Northwest Denver and quickly grew to a bi-monthly, local staple for new moms to have a night out. In 2014, Shayna and Tracey took The Pump and Dump Show on its first national tour and in September 2019 The Pump and Dump Show expanded with additional casts performing all around the country.
