The modeling industry

I'm chatting today with an absolute pro in the modeling, commercial and entertainment industry Annette Dominguez O'hair. Annette used to represent me at the beginning of my time in Los Angeles working as my agent getting me some great auditions and print bookings. 
Annette shares her personal fitness challenges, what it's like working with some of the top fitness talent and how she made a choice to expand her agency and shift her responsibilities with the comfort of having the right team around her...which is a lesson we could all learn from (myself included!!!) 
This is a great episode to learn what goes on in "the behind the scenes" of a busy successful  model and talent agency especially as you will be learning from the "mother agent" herself.
