Happy New Year and welcome to season 2 of Balancing more than just weights.
I love the start of a new year as it feels like a clean blank canvas that you can plan everything that you want to go into it to provide you with success, motivation and results. That being said, it's not always that easy is it? LOL!
This new season of my show is going to bring you everything from the first season and so much more. I have some of my amazing fitness clients sharing their fitness challenges and routines with you as it's is always so important to hear from those that are actually doing The SLR Life workout plan.... I'll be dropping more solo episodes for you to hear my personal fitness expertise advice, recommendations and more other day to day activities (think of it like a diary!)
My first week of the New Year has been all systems go, with the launch of my fitness program The SLR Life dropping a "January Workout Calendar Challenge". It has been so fun preparing this leading up to the closing out of 2021 and then now its all about executing it, motivating others to get their body moving. 
After a well deserved festive break I've also been getting back into the swing of things with my workouts and healthy habits. However, I quickly realized how I'd not been taking my own advice and keeping my fitness going during the holiday season as  its been such a challenge getting it all going again, but I'm loving being back and into it and extremely excited to be back feeling "the best version of me" again
