Consistency is one of the most challenging aspects of weight loss. Life can always get in the way, and it might mean you’re unable to maintain the lifestyle you chose. This can lead to falling back into old habits and gaining weight back because you tell yourself, “If I can’t go back to that perfect lifestyle then why bother at all?” This is called “All or None Thinking.”

In this episode, I share the story of one of my clients who struggled with maintaining his original healthy and active lifestyle alongside his new role as a father and husband. The idea that you need to be completely perfect all the time is detrimental, and you deserve to give yourself grace and make choices that will suit your current circumstances better.

Don’t forget to tune in to this Father’s Day Special as I help you overcome All or None Thinking so you can get back on track!
