I had initially thought I was going to name the episode, beginning with the end in mind, but after listening to it, I realised that this is also the reason most people suffer. We have to stop down playing the consequences of not being committed. Commitment plays a crucial role in what is happening in our lives. There are few principles that are coming to my attention as factors that can really change a person's life. These are things I see in the clinical settings from patients trying to change their diet, beat inflammation and bring about health onto themselves. Additionally, same thing happen to a lot of people. If we fail to commit we have to expect the worst than we can imagine, because we cannot really see the future.
