I just wanted to add hastags haha I do not know if they are going to serve a purpose or not.

Building a team is hard but at the end of the day, it can be rewarding. First thing to do in building a team is to break cultures that not productive and sometimes it means letting people go. Do it on your own, do not rush to hire people. Hire qualified people. Train people. Do not fear losing them. See yourself a "Leadership manufacturer". Something that I did not mention, is to always ask people what they do not understand about a specific task, what made it hard for them to complete that task, but I guess this more technical and hands on approach.
