Democratizing Healthcare Through Digital Delivery: A Discussion with Sword Health CMO, Dr. Vijay Yanamadala

Today we are going to discuss digital care delivery – specifically for musculoskeletal issues. With me is Dr. Vijay Yanamadala, who is the Chief Medical Officer of Sword Health and is also System Medical Director of Spine Quality and Surgical Optimization at Hartford Healthcare.  Dr. Yanamadala is a Board-certified Neurosurgeon.  We’ll hear how the digital MSK business is exploding because, in most cases, digital MSK therapy is equal to or better than traditional physical therapy.  And because it is more convenient than traveling to a physical PT location, patients are more engaged in doing their exercises.  Digital MSK therapy is just one example of how digital care can safely and effectively transform our healthcare system.
