This episode is not meant to diagnose your partner, however, if you can check off any of these burning red flags as a consistent, repetitive pattern of behavior over time with your partner, you can be sure he falls somewhere on the spectrum of narcissism and is definitely behaving in toxic ways that are hindering your wellbeing. 

The key here is that this is a pervasive and continual and predictable pattern of behavior, not occasional errors or 'narcissistic moments'.
