Our work is dedicated to finding ways to awaken the smartbody and the body’s innate capacity to self-heal. Researchers are always searching for new ways to fight disease. There is absolutely no reason why programming the body through SMART Body affirmations and mindfulness meditation can't be one of them. The cells of the body listen to conscious thoughts. Emotions matter. In knowing that, we must also surmise that a healthy body can then be created or rather recreated, with positive, loving thoughts.
