Dr. Davis recommends a low-carb, low calorie diet (1300-1500 calories a day) for rapid weight loss.

Although we don't personally agree with Dr. Davis's weight loss plan, we believe weight loss is such an important issue today because of the massive health care costs and suffering caused by obesity in America today.
